Today Liz & I had our first meeting with our officiating pastor for our wedding. I forgot to take a picture of her way cool office but I got one of the beautiful church we are getting married in.

Liz & I went to the Galleria mall today to shop for wedding bands. This mall is so stinking, crazy, giant, fancy. Oh geez!

Tonight Liz, Momma Whiting, Alyssa, Kenny, & I all went out to Hard 8 Pit Bar-B-Que to eat dinner. This is the same place where I will be hosting the rehearsal dinner for Liz & I's wedding. Oh boy was it good! Beeyah!

Today was the memorial service for my great uncle Grady Thompson. I will always remember him coming over with his wife Dortha when we visited my grandparents & just being so nice. He was a WW2 veteran & flew 26 missions on a B-17 bomber over France & Germany. I love you Uncle Grady, I'll see you around.

Today for my Catholic/Protestant Theology course, we traveled to the Catholic diocese in San Angelic & met with bishop Phiefer. He was a very interesting man & all the people at the diocese were really nice. They cooked us a great lunch & gave a tour of the retreat center that they have on site too. We went walking around the complex & found this really amazing figure of Jesus that outlined His whole life & I thought it was the coolest thing.
